Located right in the center of Catania, in the splendid Baroque setting, is our beautiful Ara City, a luxury apartment where you can spend your holidays with maximum comfort without giving up the nightlife and charm of the historic center that can be easily reached on foot.
Ideal place for all couples and dynamic families, who love to visit the surrounding places during the day, and spend pleasant evenings along the numerous paths of the Catania nightlife.
The apartment extends over 260 square meters, is well finished and elegantly furnished, parquet throughout the house, equipped with all comforts, can accommodate up to 4 people.
Consisting of two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a designer bathtub. A walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom and a large wardrobe in the second bedroom.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully furnished, oven, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the leaving area you can spend relaxing moments sipping a good glass of wine on a beautiful sofa with chaise longue, or reading a book or watching a movie. In the apartment there are 3 air conditioners, independent radiators, free Wi-Fi, TV and library.
It is located on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building, there is a double entrance, one via stairs and one via elevator which facilitates private access to the apartment.
